The Federal Government has been urged to introduce policies aimed at revitalizing the economy and improving the living standards of Nigerians.

The Spiritual Father and Chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Prophet Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo, made the call today in Ilorin during the “Beginning the Year with Praise” event held at the Church’s Ilorin District Headquarters.
Speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the program, Prophet Alogbo emphasized the need for the government to urgently address the country’s infrastructural deficits, particularly in the power sector, to spur national development.
“The government must prioritize people-oriented policies to alleviate hunger and improve the lives of citizens,” Prophet Alogbo stated.
While commending some of the government’s existing programs, the cleric called on Nigerians to support authorities at all levels, assuring that the Church would continue to intercede for the nation’s success and progress.
In his sermon titled “Praising the Ancient of Days,” Pastor Ademola Popoola highlighted the importance of justice, fairness, and honesty as the bedrock of a strong and prosperous nation.
He advised Nigerians to cultivate a habit of praising God, while urging the government to discard ineffective policies and ensure prompt and equitable payment of workers’ salaries.
The event underscored the Church’s commitment to national unity, progress, and moral values.
