Aderibigbe Applauds Gov Abdulrazaq’s Investments in Sports, Congratulates Bishop Adewole, Anglican Diocese on 50th Anniversary

Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has once again been lauded for his impactful investments in sports infrastructure, especially his ongoing efforts to rehabilitate the indoor sports hall at the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin.

Prominent legal figure and APC stalwart, Barrister Debo Aderibigbe, commended the governor’s dedication to youth and sports development.

Reflecting on Governor Abdulrazaq’s recent visit to assess the stadium’s renovation, Aderibigbe described the project as “a timely intervention in view of the importance of sports to the development of the youths and the nation.”

He expressed appreciation on behalf of Barrister Adebayo Reps Project and Kwara Advancement Forum, emphasizing the positive impact of facilities like the newly completed modern table tennis hall and eight state-of-the-art squash courts, hailed as the best in Nigeria and West Africa.

“The sports hall, awarded just a few months ago to Messrs Disscom Limited, will undoubtedly make Kwara a hub for national and international sporting events,” Aderibigbe noted, highlighting the potential for increased revenue and youth engagement.

In a separate message, Barrister Aderibigbe congratulated the Anglican Diocese of Kwara on its 50th anniversary, extending his best wishes to Bishop Rt. Rev. Sunday Timothy Gbade Adewole and the entire diocese.

He also celebrated Sir Chief Joseph Adeniyi Aderibigbe, former Secretary to the State Government and Head of Service, on his Nehemiah Award recognition for contributions to the diocese’s growth.

Aderibigbe prayed for continued grace upon Bishop Adewole, who also chairs the State’s Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), and wished longevity to Sir Chief Aderibigbe in his service to the community.
