NGO CALLS FOR REMOVAL OF THE GCEO NNPCL, MELE KYARI.

 

The non governmental organization has called for the protest for the removal of Mele kyari as the group chief executive officer of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.

While addressing journalists during the launching of a nationwide campaign to collect a million signatures in Abuja, the national spokesperson,Abubakar Yale alleged Mele kyari that the deduction of 2.1 trillion naira from the monthly revenue of NNPC was not remitted to the federation account.

Abubakar stated that the Nnpcl has not been transparent in publishing its crude contracts and statement of accounts under Mele kyari’s leadership.

The group called on all concerned citizens to join them in demanding the immediate removal of Mele kyari from his position as the GCEO of NNPC limited.

The group urged Nigerians, regardless of their political affiliation to join them in the peaceful demonstration to send a strong message that will no longer tolerate the continued mismanagement and corruption within the NNPCL.
